As a Senior Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards in our production processes and products. You will work closely with various departments to identify, analyze, and resolve quality issues. You will play a crucial role in improving our quality procedures and implementing best practices.
Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing quality control processes and procedures;
- Conducting internal and external audits to ensure compliance with quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001, 14001, 22163, etc.);
- Analyzing quality performance and identifying areas for improvement;
- Leading root cause analyses and implementing corrective and preventive actions (using PDCA);
- Guiding and training team members on quality principles and methods;
- Collaborating with production teams to resolve quality issues and implement improvements;
- Preparing and maintaining quality documentation;
- Reporting quality data and performance to management;
- Participating in the validation and verification of processes and products;
- Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
What do you bring?
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant technical field (e.g., engineering, Industrial Engineering, Quality Management);
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role as a Quality Engineer, preferably in the metal industry;
- Solid knowledge of quality management systems and standards (ISO 9001, 14001, 22163, etc.);
- Experience with audit processes and PDCA methodology;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Independent, proactive, and results-driven.
